What to expect in your first session

Your initial session is a chance for your therapist to get to know you, your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. Together, you'll develop a personalised treatment plan that reflects your goals and circumstances.

Counselling Sessions

Counselling at Bold Psychology is a collaborative and confidential process led by a qualified, registered counsellor. It’s a space to explore challenges, gain clarity, and work toward emotional and psychological wellbeing.



You remain an active participant in the counselling journey, and for children, parents or caregivers are regularly involved to support progress between sessions.


Counselling can be helpful for a wide range of issues, from everyday stresses to major life transitions, and can assist with setting goals and building resilience.

Psychology sessions offer a structured, therapeutic space to address mental health concerns with a registered psychologist. These sessions may involve formal assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, using a range of evidence-based modalities.
