Parents are included in part of each session to support open communication, share feedback, and help reinforce strategies at home.
Therapy with Adults
Adult sessions are client-centred and collaborative, with a focus on exploring personal values, processing emotions, and shifting unhelpful thinking patterns. Depending on the client's needs, sessions may involve mindfulness, relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and gradual exposure.
