Georgia Heraghty has been a valued member of the Bold Psychology team since 2017.  She is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.


Georgia works with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, identity concerns, and bullying.  She also has significant experience supporting individuals with Autism, learning difficulties, and developmental disabilities - helping each person to manage their mental health and thrive within their unique context.

Therapeutic Approach

Georgia's practice is grounded in a biopsychosocial model, meaning she takes into account the full picture of a person's life - biological, psychological, and social - to understand and treat presenting concerns.  She draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, informed by the latest research in psychology and health science, and always adapts her approach to suit the individual.


With a strong belief in the power of collaboration, Georgia prioritises client-led goals and encourages active participation in the therapeutic process.  Her inclusive, respectful, and holistic style supports clients to build insight, confidence, and meanigful change in their lives.
